Grande Floral Panel
I knew I could bring out the dimensions and add more interest to this piece using my Wise Owl paint and glazes.
I figured this would be a good opportunity to practice with my new Accuspray Paint Sprayer. You can purchase the sprayer here:
I first painted the piece in a custom mix of Wise Owl Colors
My intention was to use Wise Owl Smokey Quartz on top of this color and do some wet distressing.
However, once I got to this point, my vision changed, and I decided to use my Wise Owl Metallic Bronze Glaze
The glaze stayed deep in the crevices of the embossed panel, and I highlighted raised areas with just a dusting of colors. The color is very stubtle! I sealed it all with General Finishes High Performance Top Coat in Satin.
This beauty sold right away! {I would have liked to keep this one!}
Next up, this beautiful Marble Lyre Table!
I plan on using similar techniques on this table as I used on the Grande Floral Panel!
